The quote form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, property type, general service area, desired schedule, selected services, and the details you choose to provide.

How we use it

Sol UpKeep uses submitted information to review your request, communicate about scope, timing, and pricing, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card information, alarm details, gate codes, or other sensitive access information through this form.

Website hosting and form processing

This website is hosted by Netlify, and the quote form uses Netlify Forms to receive submissions. Netlify processes technical request information and form data as a service provider. You can review Netlify's privacy statement for more information about its practices.

Sharing

Submitted information is used for the quote and service inquiry. It may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communications, or business operations when reasonably necessary. Sol UpKeep does not sell quote-request information.

Retention and security

Quote requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the form only for ordinary service-inquiry information.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If those tools are added later, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.

Your choices
